Be sure to join us on Sunday, January 25th for a special day celebrating piano music!
We have been gifted the grand piano from the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church of Lake Alfred after they closed their doors. Since it’s delivery to us in November, it’s been used in the Choir Room here at First Pres Winter Haven. We will have the piano in our Sanctuary and will dedicate the instrument to further be used to praise God in song here in Winter Haven. All three pianos will be used in worship that morning at the 10am service by Chelle Doyle, Ashley Rutherford, and Jeremy Rath.
In the afternoon, at 2 pm, there will be a Three Piano Concert filled with solos, duets, and trios on all three of the pianos. Other piano playing members of the congregation will be featured as well. There will be a reception following the concert.
