Happy (Blessed) is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.
Prayer
On this day of national remembrance, we pause to give thanks for those who have given, preserved, and defended our freedom to worship our God. Lord, make us truly one nation, under God, as we live up to purpose as people and a people. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
